How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. You can initiate a return through our website or visit any Bata retail store.
How do I find the right shoe size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it against our chart to ensure a perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, all Bata products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or until they are processed for shipping. Please visit the 'My Orders' section to check your cancellation eligibility.
