At Bata, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to ensuring you find the perfect pair.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bata account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
